INSTRUCTED MUST HAVE ALL COLD HOLDING UNITS REACH 41F OR BELOW AT ALL TIMES. UNIT WAS TAGGED AND HELD FOR INSPECTION. PLEASE REVIEW COMMENTS FOR TAG REMOVAL ONCE COOLER IS REPAIRED.
