OBSERVED HANDWASHING SINK IN FOOD PREP AREA NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR EMPLOYEES TO WASH HANDS.OBSERVED THE SINK NOT COMPLETE MISSING PLUMBING DRAIN PIPE UNDERNEATH AND NO HOT WATER SUPPLY LINE INSTALLED TO SAID SINK.INSTRUCTED TO MAKE ALL HANDWASHING SINKS ACCESSIBLE FOR USE AT ALL TIMES.PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-030(C).
