OBSERVED THE DOOR ON THE SIDE ACROSS FROM WHERE THE SODA IS STORED UNEVEN WITH A GAP ALONG THE SIDE AND THE DOOR LOCK MISSING PROVIDING POSSIBLE ENTRY FOR PEST AND OR INSECTS ***DOOR MUST BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED TO FIT EVENLY*** AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE PEST ACTIVITY... OBSERVED A HOLE IN THE CORNER OF THE WALL UNDER THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK NEAR THE HAND WASHING SINK... INSTRUCTED MUST SEAL ALL OPENINGS AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING PEST AND OR INSECT ACTIVITY.
