OBSERVED THE EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK IN THE FOOD PREP AREA NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR USE. THE HOT WATER WAS TURNED OFF AT THE VALVE BELOW THE SINK AND WHEN IT WAS TURNED ON THE SINK WAS CLOGGED AND WOULD NOT DRAIN. MANAGEMENT REPAIRED THE HANDWASHING SINK DURING THE INSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
