ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED HOT WATER HANDLE ON FAUCET OF WOMEN'S TOILET ROOM WASHBOWL STRIPPED OFF AND UNABLE TO PROVIDE HOT WATER. NO HOT WATER AT HANDWASHING SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE AND MAINTAIN SINK SO THAT IS CAPABLE OF DELIVERING HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER UNDER PRESSURE AT ACCEPTABLE TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 100-120F. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
