OBSERVED NO SIGNAGE PROVIDED AT THE TODDLER CLASSROOM AREA HANDWASHING SINK NOTIFYING FOOD EMPLOYEES TO WASH HANDS. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SIGNAGE TO ALL HANDWASHING SINKS AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.

OBSERVED GAP GREATER THAN 1/4" BETWEEN THE WINDOW AND WINDOWSILL IN THE MAINTENANCE BOILER ROOM (ADJACENT TO MAIN PREPARATION KITCHEN). INSTRUCTED TO SEAL OR REPAIR WINDOW TO ELIMINATE GAP AND MAINTAIN ALL OUTER OPENINGS ADEQUATELY PROTECTED FROM ENTRY OF INSECTS OR OTHER PESTS.
