OBSERVED CROSS CONTAMINATION WITH VEGETABLES AND RAW ANIMAL FOODS. OBSERVED CABBAGE IN CONTACT WITH RAW PORK INSIDE OF THE WALK-IN COOLER. ALSO OBSERVED BROCCOLI BEING STORED IN A CARDBOARD BOX THAT WAS USED TO STORE RAW CHICKEN. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION OF VEGETABLES AND OTHER RAW ANIMAL FOODS BY SEPARATING IT IN THE COOLER AND USING PROPER STORAGE CONTAINERS. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
