ALSO OBSERVED APPROX. 10 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR BENEATH THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE BAR AREA. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM THE AFFECTED AREA. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
