FOUND TWO PACKAGES OF CRAB MEAT SITTING IN A BOWL OF WATER IN THE FRONT MEAT DEPARTMENT. INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY THAW TCS FOODS UNDER COLD RUNNING WATER, IN COOLER OR BY MICROWAVE. MAINTAIN PROPER THAWING.

FOUND THE ICE SCOOP IN THE MEAT DEPARTMENT NOT PROPERLY STORED WHEN NOT IN USE. THE SCOOP WAS STORED ON A STYROFOAM ON TOP OF THE ICE MACHINE. INSTRUCTED TO STORE SCOOP EITHER HANDLE UP IN THE ICE OR IN A CLEAN BIN/CONTAINER AND MAINTAIN SAME.
