ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING CLEANSER AT HANDWASHING SINK IN DISH ROOM. ALL HANDWASHING SINKS MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH HAND CLEANING LIQUID AT ALL TIMES. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-030-(C). CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

FOUND FAUCET LOCATED AT WASH COMPARTMENT OF 3 COMPARTMENT SINK WITHOUT RUNNING WATER WHEN KNOB IS TURNED ON. WATER ONLY RUNS THROUGH WASH SOLUTION HOSE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN FAUCET SO THAT IT HAS RUNNING WATER WHEN IN USE.
