OBSERVED NO HOT WATER AT THE FOLLOWING HANDWASHING SINKS DURING TIME OF INSPECTION: LITTLE ANGELS ROOM BOTH HANDSINKS (55F,62F), RAINBOWS ROOM HANDSINK ON RIGHT (66F), AND BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL ROOM BOTH HANDSINKS RANGING BETWEEN (64F,55F). INSTRUCTED PERSON IN CHARGE TO PROVIDE HOT WATER BETWEEN 100-120F AT ALL HAND-WASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES THROUGH MIXING VALVE OR COMBINATION FAUCET. PRIORITY VIOLATION #7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
