MANAGER ARRIVED ON SITE AT APPORIMATELY 2:40PM. INSTRUCTED THAT THE CITY OF CHICAGO FOOD SERVICE SANITAION MANAGER MUST BE ON SITE AT ALL TIMES DURING OPERATION HOURS WHILE TCS FOODS ARE STORED, PREPARED/HANDLED AND/OR SERVED. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-012. CITATION ISSUED.
