OBSERVED NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE AT THE HANDWASHING SINK IN ONE OF THE UNISEX EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS WASHROOM. WATER TEMPERATURE 69.8F AT THIS TIME. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN HOT WATER AT THE MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 100F FOR PROPER HAND WASHING. FACILITY HAS ANOTHER UNISEX WASHROOM WITH A HAND WASHING SINK WITH CLOSE PROXIMITY FOR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS TO USE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
