INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT
I OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 SMALL AND LARGE RODENT DROPPINGS UNDERNEATH THE BLACK CABINET NEAR THE FRONT COUNTER AND FREEZER ON THE FLOOR. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE DROPPINGS, CLEAN AND SANITZE. MUST ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY ON PREMISE.PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-020 (A). NO CITATION ISSUED.
The inspector found mice, rats, cockroaches, flies, or evidence of them (like droppings) inside the business, or conditions that could attract them. Pests can spread bacteria to food and surfaces, so this is treated as one of the more serious findings.
