INSTRUCTED PIC TO HAVE THE EMPLOYEE TO PROPERLY WASH HER HANDS WHEN ENTERING THE FOOD PREP AREA, BEFORE/AFTER GLOVE USE, HANDLING FOOD, TOUCHING BODY, ETC. MUST MAINTAIN GOOD HYGIENIC PRACTICES.
