OBSERVED NO HOT RUNNING WATER AT EMPLOYEE BATHROOM HANDWASHING SINK IN THE 2 BABY ROOM THAT IS NOT IN USE. TEMPERATURE OF WATER WAS 88.5F-90.1F AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER AT A MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 100F AT ALL HAND WASH SINKS. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C) NO CITATION ISSUED.
