OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 30 LIVE SMALL FLIES ON THE WALLS AND CEILINGS IN THE 2ND FLOOR UTILITY MOP SINK ROOM.INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NOW RECCOMENDED.PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED.
