A SIGN OR POSTER THAT NOTIFIES FOOD EMPLOYEES TO WASH THEIR HANDS IS NOT PROVIDED AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS IN RESTROOMS. PROVIDE A CLEARLY VISIBLE HANDWASHING SIGN AT EACH HAND SINK.
