OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGNAGE AT EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINK IN THE FRONT PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO PROVIDE HANDWASHING SIGNAGE AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS USED BY FOOD EMPLOYEES AND MAINTAIN.
