TOXIC SUBSTANCES PROPERLY IDENTIFIED, STORED, & USED
OBSERVED UNCOVERED RODENT PELLETS SCATTERED ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE HAND SINK IN THE WASHING ROOM. ALSO OBSERVED 2 UNCOVERED BOXES WITH RODENT TRAPS AND HAMBURGER BUN. RODEN BAIT SHALL BE CONTAINED IN A COVERED, TAMPER-RESISTANT BAIT STATION. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-38-015. CITATION ISSUED. EMPLOYEE DISCARDED BAIT DURING INSPECTION.

NOTED MECHANICAL HAND DRYING DEVICE AT THE WOMEN BATHROOM IN POOR REPAIRS AND NO PAPER TOWELS AT THE BATHROOM. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS.PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION #7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
