ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
NO PROPER HANDWASHING SINK IN AREA WHERE BREAD IS BEING BAKED; MUST INSTALL A PROPER HANDWASHING SINK FOR HANDWASHING. (CURRENTLY USING A MOP SINK) INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL AN EXPOSED HANDSINK WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER, SOAP AND HAND DRYING DEVICE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C) CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
