ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED HOT WATER OVER 120F AT THE HAND WASHING SINK IN THE WASHROOM. THE WATER TEMPERATURE CANNOT BE REGULATED BY THE USER AND WAS 122F. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN ALL HAND WASHING SINKS BETWEEN 100-120F. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
