OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING BEFORE CHANGING TASK. FOUND A FOOD EMPLOYEE IN THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA WITH GLOVES, WIPE FOOD PREP TABLE WITH A WIPING CLOTH, PUT THE CLOTH IN THE SANITIZATION SOLUTION, TAKE OFF GLOVES, AND PUT ON NEW GLOVES WITH OUT WASHING HANDS. INSTRUCTED TO ALWAYS WASH HANDS AFTER ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES THAT CONTAMINATE THE HANDS AND CHANGING TASK. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-010, CITATION ISSUED
