INSTRUCTED MANAGER COLD HOLDING UNIT MUST MAINTAIN COLD HOLDING TEMPERATURE OF 41.0F OR COLDER AT ALL TIMES. MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED THE SERVICE REPAIR MAN.
