OBSERVED A HOLE IN THE LOWER WALL IN THE REAR JUST RIGHT OF THE CHEMICAL HOLDING SHELVING UNIT. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE PEST AND OR INSECT ACTIVITY.
