OBSERVED TWO INSTANCES OF POOR HYGIENIC PRACTICES BY EMPLOYEES. NOTED THE DISHWASHER HANDLING DIRTY DISHES THEN HANDLE CLEAN DISHES COMING OUT OF THE DISH MACHINE FIRST WITH BARE HANDS AND THEN AGAIN AFTER BEING TOLD TO USE GLOVES, NOT CHANGING THE GLOVES WHILE HANDLING DIRTY THEN CLEAN DISHES. ALSO NOTED AN EMPLOYEE CLEANING OUT A ONE COMPARTMENT PREP SINK BEFORE BEING USED TO WASH LETTUCE THEN WITHOUT REMOVING GLOVES USED TO CLEAN THE SINK, HANDLE FOOD CONTACT ITEMS SUCH AS PLASTIC WRAP FOR FOOD. REVIEWED WITH MANAGEMENT PROPER GLOVE USAGE AND WHEN TO WASH HANDS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-010 CITATION ISSUED.
