OBSERVED RAW BEEF STORED OVER COOKED BEEF ON STORING RACK IN WALK IN COOLER. ALSO OBSERVED RAW SALMON STORED ON TOP RACK OVER SALAD. INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY STORE FOOD TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED. EMPLOYEE CORRECTED ON SITE.

OBSERVED NO SOAP AT HAND WASHING SINK IN PREP AREA WHILE A LARGE EVENT WAS TAKING PLACE AND FOOD WAS BEING SERVED. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-030(C). EMPLOYEE PROVIDED SOAP AT HAND SINK DURING INSPECTION.
