INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR MACHINE AND MAINTAIN TO THAT IT ACHIEVES A FINAL RINSE TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 180-192F AND RAISES UTENSIL SURFACE TEMPERATURE TO A MINIMUM OF 160F. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-025. NO CITATION ISSUED.
