AFTER OVER 10 MINUTE WATER RUNNING AT FAUCET REACHED TEMP OF 74.6F MUST PROVIDE HOT WATER WITH A MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 100F AT ALL WASHBOWLS. ADEQUATE HOT WATER FOUND AT ALL OTHER SINKS. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C) Engineer corrected issue. Presently hot water temperature is 100F.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
