ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED MISSING HANDWASH SIGNAGE AT THE RESTROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

OBSERVED LOW-TEMPERATURE WAREWASHING MACHINE LOCATED ON SECOND FLOOR BAR AREA NOT PROPERLY SANITIZING. THE SANITIZING RESIDUAL CONCENTRATION WAS OBSERVED AT 0 PPM AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED PERSON IN CHARGE TO REPAIR TO MEET SANITIZING REQUIREMENTS OF 50-100PPM. DISH MACHINE WAS SERVICED DURING INSPECTION TO 50PPM. PRIORITY VIOLATION #7-38-025. CITATION ISSUED.
