ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
5-204.11 OBSERVED NO HAND WASHING SINK LOCATED BY THE SERVING LINE THAT IS LOCATED ON THE GYM FLOOR. INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL A HAND WASHING SINK AT THE HOT FOODS SERVING LINE OR MOVE SERVING LINE CLOSER TO THE FOOD PREP AREA HAND WASHING SINK THAT IS LOCATED ON THE STAGE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-030(C).
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
