ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
NOTED HAND WASH SINK AT THE KITCHEN PREP AREA INACCESSIBLE WITH LARGE POT OF GREASE, OIL CONTAINERS INFRONT OF SINK AND FRYING SPOON AND SOUP CONTAINER INSIDE THE SINK. MANAGER IMMEDIATELY HAD EMPLOYEE CLEAR THE STUFF FROM THE FRONT SINK AND INSIDE THE SINK. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE ALL HAND WASH SINKS ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION #7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
