OBSERVED POOR HYGIENIC PRACTICES BY A FOOD HANDLER. OBSERVED MALE FOOD HANDLER WASH A POT AND A WHISK WITH A SOAPY PAD, THEN PLACED THEM INTO A DISH RACK AND THEN PICKED UP A KNIFE AND A CUCUMBER AND STARTED PEELING THE CUCUMBER WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. INSTRUCTED TO WASH HANDS AFTER EVERY POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION. (PRIORITY 7-38-010)(COS)(CITATION ISSUED)
