ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED NO HOT WATER (64.7F-68.3F) AT HAND WASHING SINKS IN WOMEN LOWER-LEVEL WASHROOM AND GIRLS' FIRST FLOOR WASHROOM. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE HOT WATER AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS. PRIORITY 7-38-030(C) CITATION ISSUED
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
