OBSERVED DISPOSABLE LIDS USED FOR DISPENSING TOPPINGS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE LONG HANDLE DISPENSING UTENSILS WITH HANDLE STORED ABOVE FOOD TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION.
