OBSERVED LIVE ROACH CRAWLING ON FAUCET OF HANDWASHING SINK IN FRONT PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CALL AN EXTERMINATOR FOR SERVICE; CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AREAS.
