OBSERVED WATER LEAKING FROM 3 COMPARTMENT SINK PIPING AND POOLING ON TO FLOOR. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD CONDITION.
The business had issues with hot or cold running water, plumbing, drains, backflow prevention, or sewage disposal. Some of these, like no hot water, can force a temporary closure until fixed.

ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED THE HAND SINK IN THE KITCHEN NOT MAINTAINED WITH COLD WATER: THE ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL ARRIVED ON SITE, AND NOW THE KITCHEN SINK HAS COLD AND HOT WATER DISPENSING FROM THE FAUCET. PRIORITY VIOLATION #7-38-030(C). NO CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
