NO SOAP AT HAND WASHING SINK IN REAR DISH WASHING AREA. MUST PROVIDE SOAP AT HAND WASHING SINK AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED. EMPLOYEE PROVIDED SOAP DURING INSPECTION.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
