OBSERVED NO EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK IN THE DOUGH SHEETING ROOM THAT IS SEPARATE FROM THE MAIN FOOD PREP AREA. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THE INSTALLATION OF AN EXPOSED HAND-WASHING SINK IN ALL FOOD PREP AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
