ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER ATTACHED TO WALL ABOVE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE BAR AREA. INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO REMOVE PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER AND MAINTAIN.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
