INSTRUCTED TO THAW TCS FOOD ITEMS USING APPROVED THAWING METHODS SUCH AS UNDER REFRIGERATION AND REMOVE FISH FROM ROP WHEN PACKAGING INDICATES TO THAW IMMEDIATELY BEFORE USE AND MAINTAIN.
