OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGNAGE IN THE MEN AND WOMEN WASHROOMS ON THE 1ST FLR AND IN THE 2 ALL GENDER WASHROOMS IN THE BASEMENT AND AT THE HANDWASHING SINK AT THE FRONTLINE. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
