OBSERVED NO HAND WASHING SIGN OR POSTERS NEAR HAND WASHING SINKS IN THE GIRL'S WASHROOM LOCATED IN THE BASEMENT AND IN THE HAND WASHING SINK IN THE EMPLOYEE WASHROOM. MUST PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
