ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGNAGE AT THE HANDWASHING SINKS IN THE REAR PREP AREA AND IN THE TOILET ROOM NEAR THE FOOD PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
