THE HOT WATER ON THE LOW HAND-WASHING SINK IN THE BOY'S TOILET ROOM ON THE 1ST FL (BY THE KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOMS) DOES NOT STAY ON LONG ENOUGH TO ALLOW PROPER HAND WASHING. INSTRUCTED TO ADJUST THE TIMER FOR AT MINIMUM OF 15 SECONDS FOR PROPER HAND WASHING. MAINTAIN SAME.
