OBSERVED NO HAND WASHING SINK LOCATED BY DISH WASHING AREA IN REAR. MUST INSTALL HAND WASHING SINK WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER CONNECTED TO CITY OF CHICAGO PLUMBING LINE. HAND SINK MUST ALSO BE EQUIPPED WITH SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-030(C).
