Observed line cook employee at the front grilling area to place raw chicken onto the grill, wipes soiled hands onto wiping cloth, then did not wash hands, and proceeded to change tasks as well as prepare food. Instructed to wash hands whenever changing tasks or gloves or every possible contamination, and instructed manager to re share information with all staff. Priority violation 7-38-010. Citation issued.
