OBSERVED IMPROPER HOT HOLDING TEMPERATURES OF TCS FOODS. OBSERVED PIZZA SLICES AT 125F INSIDE OF THE HOT HOLDING UNIT. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN ALL HOT FOODS ABOVE 135F. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
