FOUND THE FRONT HAND WASHING SINK IN THE FRONT PREP AREA NOT MAINTAINED. SINK IS CLOGGED AND DOES NOT PROPERLY DRAIN. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE SINK FIXED SO THAT IT PROPERLY DRAINS. MAINTAIN GOOD PLUMBING. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-030(c) VIOLATION CITATION ISSUED
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
