ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGNS AT THE HANDWASHING SINKS IN THE REAR DISHWASHING/ FRONT PREP/SERVICE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 100 OR MORE MICE DROPPINGS ON SITE DURING INSPECTION. MICE DROPPINGS WERE FOUND IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ON THE FLOORS IN THE TOILET ROOM, SURROUNDING THE COLD HOLDING UNITS, NEAR THE PIPES NEAR THE REAR EXIT DOOR, UNDER THE FRONT PREP/SERVICE COUNTER. MICE DROPPING WERE FOUND ON THE FOLLOWING SURFACES: IN THE INTERIOR, LOWER COMPARTMENT OF THE REFRIGERATOR AT THE FRONT PREP/SERVICE AREA AND INSIDE OF THE LOWER CABINETS BEHIND THE FRONT SERVICE COUNTER. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE MICE DROPPINGS, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), NO CITATION ISSUED
